Application

To apply for the guarantee of LG Electronics or Kaysun climate equipment, it is necessary to fill in APPLICATION FOR A GUARANTEE

Examination

During one working day, Your application will be examined and:
passed to service department for planning;
sent to you a request for additional information;
– sent refusal to provide a warranty repair.

If the warranty application is accepted, a service department representative will contact you within 2 working days to agree on the date and time of the guarantee defecation.

Defecation

On the agreed day, the service master will perform the equipment defecation and:
– will confirm manufacturing defect;
– will reject warranty if damage is detected due to incorrect assembly or exploitation.

IMPORTANT !!!

If the service master has refused the guarantee, the defecation of equipment and the related costs shall be covered by the applicant for the guarantee.

Defecation price 40,00 EUR/h+ VAT

Transport at Riga borders 30,00 EUR + VAT

Transport outside Riga 0,60 EUR/km + VAT

Procurement of details

If the service master approves the warranty, information about the required spare parts will be passed on to the service department.

The delivery of parts may take:

up to 3 working days if the component is available in the Baltic warehouse;

up to 2 weeks if the component is in a European warehouse;

up to 6 months if the component is not in a European warehouse or will be specially manufactured.

Once the details have been received, a service department representative will contact you for an agreement on the date and time of the repair.

We inform that the SIA Klimata Serviss offers the purchase of components, even if the warranty has been rejected.
